Options/NY is a Web-based program specially designed for New York’s Voluntary Child Welfare Agencies. The program contains all of the standard features of Options, but with additional modules and functionality including integration with Connections, the New York State-Wide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS).
The program was developed through a collaborative effort between AltruIT and a partnership of New York Voluntary Agencies. The goal of this effort was to produce a single software system that would meet the agencies' combined needs, as well as interact with New York’s many government systems. The result is Options/NY.
Options/NY expands upon and works with the data available in New York's Connections database to include case planning, medical and mental health management, adoption support, enhanced incident tracking and more.
